We have updated the website for the distributor of thermal mugs aciess. The main task for the agency was to help correct product lines, create a product card concept and completely reassemble all cards, as well as prepare a website for international trade. The site's home page needed to be refreshed and rethought. We developed a new site navigation and made a CG video as an image promo. Inside the site there are more than 50 product cards, each of which has a thoughtful product gallery, described product advantages, infographics and unique content. We created and adapted all the content for the site for the site in our production. Now the site has been handed over to the management team from the client side.




CG video

As a promo on the main page there is an image CG video, which shows the flagship product and natively talks about its advantages: color variations, engineering solutions in production. The most important element of any thermal mug is shown — a reliable lid and a strainer in it. The simplest and always effective technique is scattering through the details, which simply and quickly makes it clear how the mug is constructed. All other technical information is described in detail inside the product cards.




Key decisions

One of the key tasks for the agency was the structure of the site. It was necessary to come up with a solution for arranging products into clear categories and detailed product cards. Together with the agency's strategists, we helped the client think through and reassemble the entire product line. Some goods were abandoned, while others were added. We came up with names for product categories for easy navigation. We came up with a solution that helped collect all the products within just a few category cards. We have placed them on the main page. Through a series of these cards, the site pleasantly leads the user directly to the desired product in just a few clicks. Directly to the product card. Working on content

A large online store needs a huge amount of content. We conducted a series of image shoots over several years. Conducted dozens of product surveys.

An interesting challenge was to figure out exactly how to work with the content. In addition to the website, brand content is consumed on dozens of marketplaces in many countries around the world. Therefore, when we developed the concept of product gallery content, we took into account many factors: technical features of the product and its advantages, show photos and videos in use, develop graphics and tell the target audience about the product in clear language. How to guide the consumer through the gallery from the simple to the vitally understandable. And the main thing is to provide in advance for the adaptability of the content through the product card on the brand’s website - in all marketplaces. When creating content for the site, we thought in advance about all the adaptations for all key sales channels. This saved a huge amount of effort for the team and money for the client. The client did not have to take additional photographs or hire a designer for the product card on the marketplace; it was enough to just adapt the created concepts. And we did it.
